Description

On the second floor of a quiet home, we are a five minute walk from all downtown amenities and a seven minute drive from all shops and the hospital in Amherst. Suitable for a couple but ideal for folks in need of a temporary spot to stay if your work brings you this way. A 90 second walk takes you to lovely Curry Park. Enjoy the marvellous architecture and charming neighbourhood we live in. The front veranda is available to enjoy your morning coffee or evening libation in a quiet location. The space Clarence House (Circa 1900) is a lovely three unit recently renovated home. Your hosts (Darcy and Jim) live on the main floor and are on site to ensure you have all you needs met. The studio (your home in Amherst!) is on the second floor. NOTE: There is a steep set of stairs (Count 'em- 19!) and not suitable for folk with mobility issues. Guest access No parking issues and an easy five minute walk to all downtown amenities. Other things to note Attention EVs: you are welcome to use the charge station, however there is a fee of $10:00 per charge. There is a charge of $25.00 for lost keys.
