Apartment located on the ground floor of a 1915 historic house, completely renovated in 2017, with independent entrance. Fully equipped and prepared for up to 4 people. Well located, at 500 meters from subway (Combatentes or Praça do Marquês). Downtown is at three subway stops (5 minutes) or 2 kms walking distance, for those who want to discover the historical center of Porto. The building was totally renovated, but at the same time has preserved traditional Portuguese details. The space The apartment is equipped with air conditionig, making it perfect and confortable either for winter or summer. It has a modern kitchen, equipped with fridge, induction stove, microwave with grill, toaster and all utensils to allow guests to prepare their own meals. It is equipped with a laundry machine and essentials like tea, salt and pepper, olive oil, vinegar and some cleaning products. The bathroom is fully equipped and has toilet paper, towels and a hairdryer. The apartment provides all the comforts of a home away from home and is equipped with flat-screen cable TV (80 channels) and Wi-Fi connection with free internet access. On the outside of the apartment, there is a small terrace. Guest access The apartment and the small terrace are for exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note In case of reservations for more than 5 days, housekeeping is assured 2 times per week, including cleaning, fresh towels and fresh bed linen.
