The Cats' House - Family Room - 200m Beach

The space The guest house is colonial style, rustic and has approximately 500 m2, two floors and is located at the end of the street, practically isolated in the middle of the native vegetation. This room has 3 beds, one double and one bunk bed. Sleeps up to 4 people. Ideal for couples with up to 2 young or adult children, or for 3 single people. It has air-conditioning (split), a minibar, ceiling fan, closet, flat-screen TV with Chromecast and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is private and is located in front of the bedroom. It is not a suite, which gives the occupants greater freedom in using it, as they can use it without disturbing those in the bedroom resting. In addition, the house is large and comfortable, with several common areas at the disposal of guests. The layout of the rooms is as follows: On the first floor is the bedroom and bathroom (described above), and 2 more guest rooms that may or may not be occupied. This area is separated by a door from the other common areas of the house: a large living/dining room, kitchen, service area/laundry, balcony with barbecue, a sink and beach shower. On the second floor, there is a living room, a game room with a pool table and a poker table. This floor also has my en-suite and another kitchen, and another guest en-suite, which may or may not be rented. Guest access Guests will be able to access all common areas of the house, enjoy the kitchen, barbecue, game room, laundry, etc. observing the house rules. During your stay I'll be available to help guests, give tips, guidance, and suggestions on where to go for fun, food, and the best places to visit according to individual preferences, but I usually let guests feel free to enjoy the house in privacy.
