It's a well furnished newly built penthouse on 11th floor. Swimming pool and Gym provided & managed by housing society free of charge, subject to their rules & regulations. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, gas stove, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, R.O. machine for purified water, washing machine etc. Pick-up/drop and taxi for sightseeing may be arranged at a reasonable rates with reliable drivers. Guest access Gym timings Monday to Saturday 6 am to 10 am, 5 pm to 9 pm, Sunday off. Swimming Pool daily 7.30 am to 9.00 am, 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Separate shoes meant only for Gym required. Free coach available at Gym. Proper swimming costume required. Swimming pool is small and priority is given to the residents of the Housing Society and no instructor is there.
