Casablanca de Couden is centrally located in the Rincón. Walking distance to the Town Plaza, Marina Beach, and Balneario (public beach). World-renowned surf breaks are a 5-10 minute drive and the Tres Palmas Marine Preserve is within walking distance. Unit 2 is located on the second floor of Casablanca and the largest apartment in the home. It's expansive, side-yard balcony is completely private and has space for dining and lounging. The space Casablanca's Unit 2 has 3 bedrooms offering 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds for. total of 4 beds (please see photos for reference). A large, open kitchen and living room have beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Guest access Entirety of Unit 2, shared rooftop deck and backyard. Other things to note This home provides 1,200 gallons of back up water. It does not currently have back up power. The island will lose power from time to time. We cannot offer refunds for power outages, as they are out of our control. Puerto Rico is a tropical island. That will be that you will likely see small lizards, iguanas, and insects. While the property is maintained, this is a natural part of tropical life.
