It's ideal for couples or quiet people who want to come to work and enjoy the city for a long time. - We're on the top floor, so you have no neighbors above. - Private terrace on the second floor and balcony on the first floor. -A bedroom with a double bed (second floor). -A sofa bed in the living room in case you need a person or children to sleep (first floor). -Smart TV (Sony Android) with soundbar. -A large desk with two ergonomic chairs so you can work with good internet speed. -An upright piano and electric guitars with amplifier. -We have implements for exercising at home: Dumbbells, bow, bands, mats. -Kitchen equipped with electric dishwasher, oven, blender, Nespresso Capuchino, Airfryer, rice cooker and toaster. -One parking space - We love plants, so we'll ask you to water them frequently (every other day). Guest access The apartment has a smart lock. We'll give you an access code, so you can check in and check out without having to arrange it with us. Other things to note The cleaning fee is unique to find everything clean and tidy. If you want to have the cleaning service during your stay, you must write to us to make the payment through the Airbnb platform. The service we offer is with a trusted person who can come on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 4 PM for a fee of USD 25 per day. *We reject the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
