Escape-Town Treehouse

The treehouse is located 1 km from our locality, the road being on a portion of 800m unpaved but accessible by any automobile! #The house is off-grid, we compensate with a solar panel and an Eco-flow system the need for light, charging gadgets, having a built-in 220v DC socket. The space Enjoy peace and privacy in the middle of the forest, there are no neighbors in the area and we hope you make sure this as well as the fact that it is not a location with the amenities of the city,here you will live simply without bringing with you the claims of home 🤗 Please understand that if you will have additional needs they will not be able to realize! At the exit of the village of Peștenita, the first road to the right will be taken into account at that intersection that leads to the location which is about 1 km unpaved. Keep in mind that the space is limited for both the bedroom(the size of a two-person tent) and the living room being compared to a small-sized towable motorhome! If you don't use to travel with your own car learn that there is train and bus station in the area and we can take you by personal car to facilitate access to the location! The cottage is built upright on the stem of 3 oaks🌳 and when there is strong wind it can move within limits of course 😃 Escape tree House is an offgrid A-frame tree house (without direct current) only an Eco - flow with 220v socket capable of allowing you to charge your phone, laptop, however if the sun is missing the charging system will not work in which case the current will be limited but not the lighting coming from another source also off grid. Being the right place and space for your disconnection we did not aim to achieve a place where comfort is the main element, the tiny house is small somewhere at 4/3m and a bedroom upstairs 1.80/140m but this experience will help you identify with nature being part of it,you will be able to understand its walking, the activities of some wild birds or even wild animals with a little luck,unique in design is about 10 square meters habitable, upstairs bedroom for 2 people and a low sofa (un reclining). #We highlight the following: -ne is refrigerator - mobile signal may be weak or non-existent in some networks -no running water (you will have water in the tanks for both the tub-shower and for the sink). - has a camping stove inside - wood burning fireplace for heating the space. -an Eco-flow system of solar panel electricity capable of meeting your requirements and the location where you are- under no circumstances will it change its position in the location. Attention!!! The photovoltaic system works at maximum capacity only when there is sun outside, the rest of the time it should not be used at maximum because it can discharge, we recommend using it responsibly and everything related to functionality it will have to be turned on when you reach the location by pressing the DC socket button. The kitchen is minimally equipped, outdoor sink, mini stove, dishes, cutlery,grill,frying pan,cauldron,spices. - the outside there is a barbecue and a place for outdoor cooking. (wood you will have there) Also on the outside there is a terrace, chemical WC (on the terrace no need to go down the stairs at night especially, this toilet does not allow the unpleasant smell to feel being closed tightly(when not in use )bathtub where water is heated for the bathroom(we recommend using the bathtub only when the weather does not allow the use of the outdoor shower), an area for washing dishes that can also freeze at temperatures minus. TIPS&TRICKS use and preparation of bathtub: - after the stopper is put and the water makes fire underneath in the special space for this - we recommend checking the water at a 20 minute interval after the fire has lit because during this time it is ready to use, after the water is heated the fire is no longer powered -if you enter the tub we recommend laying on the wooden bridge inside to avoid any inconvenience -the water is left in the tub until the following day in case there is still fire under, if water is not released by removing the plug. Here are what activities you can have/ visit if you are in the area : -the medieval church of Densuș (the oldest in the country) 4 km -Chouse of Volcanoes(Densuș place) 4km -hațegan village museum (Peșteana place) 2km - Bottomless Taul (Carnivorous Planta Peșteana) 1km - paragliding (Clopotiva place) - Retezat 5km -ruins of the Colt fortress (Râu de Mori village) 8 km -ruins of the fortress Sarmisegetusa(com Sarmisegetusa) 5 km. - The mountain-bike bikes are included in the price of the accommodation and with them you can travel the short distances between the tourist points,we have mtb bikes for the most advanced in this sport but also for those who want easy rides. It is taken from the hosts address 1 km from the location and can use unlimited throughout the stay having direct liability for damage or theft. As I outlined above the space doesn't fit the requirements of those seeking the convenience of home ,experiences of this kind can create unique memories and moments so it's good to be able to experience them in a certain place! Being a limited space we recommend a minimum luggage so as not to occupy the interior(you can also put luggage in the space behind the sofa bed. No allowed inside: Parties Smoking Shoes. NOTE : Our location is not hotel service and being in the middle of nature is possible to infiltrate an ant, fly, bee (we have bug spray). We also specify that you won't have your daily amenities relying more on your experience during your stay. KEEP IN MIND that : Space heating is done with the help of a wood-fired fireplace that comes prepared to have idea what wood is like, you'll have to handle the next fires during your stay, wood, and igniting will be made available by the host. Guest access The access is by car up to 50 m from the location!The property is private, accessible from the main road directly to the location. The road to the location except on the paved one is accessible with any car to the front of the location taking increased care and maintaining a low speed especially when it rains. We proceed by leaving on wtsp 1 or 2 days before arriving the details such as location, check-in time and the possibility to self check in because we leave the key in the door, we living in the locality, so we are not always at the location to be waiting for you when you arrive, we will meet you during your stay. Other things to note A treehouse should be considered an oasis of tranquility, a unique space as a way of living and comfort so we recommend only waiting for that and probably the hot tub for such a place,relaxing in hammocks and enjoying a cup of coffee on the terrace close to the coronamour of the trees make everything different! If there are degrees outside with minus the space predestined to wash the dishes is not usable,we recommend you to choose food that does not require ample preparation, the cottage having a special place for cooking but not for ample dishes or that require a long cooking time instead outdoor cooking is allowed with grill and kettle.
