The tree house is located 1 km from our town, the road being on an 800 m unpaved section but accessible by any car! #The house is off-grid, we compensate with a solar panel and an Eco-flow system the need for light, charging gadgets, and having a built-in 220v DC socket. The space Enjoy peace and privacy in the middle of the forest, there are no neighbors in the area and we hope you make sure of this as well as the fact that it is not a location with the amenities of the city, here you will live simply without bringing with you the demands of home 🤗 Please understand that if you have additional needs, they will not be met! At the exit of the village of Peștenița, take the first road to the right at the respective intersection leading to the location, which is about 1 km unpaved. Please note that the space is limited for both the bedroom (the size of a tent for two people) and the living room, being compared to a small towable caravan! If you are not used to traveling by your own car, find out that there is a train station and bus station in the area and we can pick you up with our personal car to facilitate access to the location! The house is built right on the stem of 3 oaks🌳 and when there is strong wind it can move within limits of course 😃 Escape tree House is an off-grid A-frame treehouse (without direct current) only an Eco - flow with 220v socket capable of allowing you to charge your phone, laptop, however if the sun is missing the charging system will not work in which case the current will be limited but not the lighting that comes from another source also off grid. Being the right place and space for your disconnection, we did not intend to create a place where comfort is the main element, the house is small somewhere at 4/3m and a bedroom upstairs 1.80/140m but this experience will help you identify with nature being part of it, you will be able to understand its course, the activities of wild birds or even wild animals with a little luck, unique as a design has about 10 square meters of living space, bedroom upstairs for 2 people and a sofa downstairs (not foldable). #We highlight the following: - there is no refrigerator - mobile signal may be weak or non-existent in some networks - there is no running water (you will have water in tanks for both the bathtub and the sink). - has a camping stove inside - wood-burning fireplace for space heating. - an Eco-flow electricity system with a solar panel capable of meeting your requirements and the location where you are - under no circumstances will its position in the location change. Attention!!! The photovoltaic system works at maximum capacity only when there is sun outside, the rest of the time it should not be used at maximum because it can discharge, we recommend using it responsibly and everything related to functionality it will have to be turned on when you reach the location by pressing the DC socket button. The kitchen is minimally equipped, outdoor sink, mini stove, crockery, cutlery, grill, pan, pot, spices. - outside there is a barbecue and a place for outdoor cooking. (wood will be there) Also outside there is a terrace, chemical toilet (on the terrace there is no need to go down the stairs at night especially, this toilet does not allow the unpleasant smell to be felt as it is tightly closed (when not in use) bathtub in which water is heated for bathing (we recommend using the bathtub only when the weather does not allow the use of the outdoor shower), a dishwashing area that can also freeze at temperatures with minus degrees. TIPS & TRICKS for using and preparing the bathtub: - after the plug is put in and the water is heated underneath in the special space for this - We recommend checking the water at an interval of 20 minutes after the fire has been lit because during this time it is ready for use, after heating the water the fire is no longer supplied - If you enter the tub, we recommend sitting on the wooden bridge inside to avoid any inconvenience - the water is left in the tub until the next day if there is still fire underneath, if the water is not released by removing the plug. Here's what you can do/ visit if you're in the area: - medieval church in Densuș (the oldest in the country) 4 km - The House of the Vulcans (Densuș) 4 km - Hațegan Village Museum (Peșteana place) 2 km - Tăul fără fund swamp (Carnivorous plant, Peșteana) 1 km - Paragliding (Clopotiva) - Retezat Mountains 5 km - the ruins of the Colț fortress (Râu de Mori village) 8 km - the ruins of the Sarmisegetusa fortress (Sarmisegetusa commune) 5 km. - Mountain bikes are included in the accommodation price and with them you can travel the short distances between the tourist points, we have MTB bikes for the most advanced in this sport but also for those who want easy rides. They are taken from the hosts' address 1 km from the location and can be used unlimited throughout the stay with direct responsibility for damage or theft. As we have presented above, the space does not meet the requirements of those looking for the comfort of home, experiences of this kind can create memories and unique moments, so it is good to be able to experience them in a certain place! Being a limited space, we recommend a minimum luggage so as not to occupy too much of the interior (you can also put luggage in the space behind the extendable sofa. PLEASE NOTE: Our location is not a hotel service and being in the middle of nature it is possible to infiltrate an ant, fly, bee (we have insect spray). We also specify that you will not have the daily amenities based more on the experience you had during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: The space is heated with a wood-burning fireplace that comes prepared to give you an idea of how to place the wood, you will have to manage the next fires during your stay, wood and lighters will be provided by the host. Guest access The access is by car up to about 50 m from the location!The property is private, accessible from the main road directly to the location. The road to the location except for the paved one is accessible by any car to the front of the location taking great care and maintaining a low speed especially when it rains. We proceed by leaving on WhatsApp 1 or 2 days before arriving details such as the location, check-in time and the possibility of self check-in because we leave the key in the door, we live in the locality, so we are not always at the location to wait for you when you arrive, we meet during your stay. Other things to note A tree house should be considered an oasis of peace, a unique space as a way of living and comfort, so we recommend you to expect only such a thing and probably, the hot tub is a plus for such a place, relaxing in the hammocks and enjoying a cup of coffee on the terrace close to the crown of the trees make everything different! If there are minus degrees outside, the space intended for washing dishes is not usable, we recommend that you choose food that does not require extensive preparation, the cottage having a special place for cooking but not for large dishes or requiring a long cooking time, instead outdoor cooking is allowed with grill and cauldron.
