The perfect base for your Cape Town stay. This is the ground floor of my house with a separate entrance, very recently developed into a lovely, sunny and spacious home. It boasts a private patio - adding that all important outside space to this lovely apartment. There is a table and chairs outside for some el fresco dining and to take advantage of our beautiful Cape Town climate. The apartment has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen open plan onto the lounge area. The space The entire apartment will be yours with exclusive use of the patio. There is a spacious bedroom as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The full-sized kitchen is well equipped. There is also a small utility space with a washing machine. Guest access Entire apartment, private entrance Other things to note I do have the main house available to guests on Air bnb as well so it is likely that there will be guests staying in the house above during your stay. The entrance is separate but you may come across each other as you come and go. Like most houses/apartments, there is some noise travel from above to below. There is some robust soundproofing in the ceiling of the apartment to minimise the sound however there will inevitably be some noise from above. The apartment is brand new and as such there may be a few teething problems. We have done everything to ensure a smooth and trouble free stay but guests are encouraged to message if they need anything.
