The space In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural and Regional Park and on a farm, "La Fontaine St Martin" is a spacious, single-storey, detached house ideal for your leisure or business stays. The owner, a passionate farmer, will introduce you to his profession and life on the farm. You can also benefit from the local products of the producer store "Tendance Fermière" of which he is one of the partners. You will have a large dining room adjoining the kitchen, a living room, a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 190), a shower room (shower + sink), a bathroom (bathtub + double sink), 2 toilets, a laundry room, a double bedroom (bed 140 x 190) and a triple bedroom (bed 160 x 190 + bed 90 x 190). Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed plot (gravel + lawn) with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, parking and possibility of a room to secure your sports equipment. The beds will be made upon your arrival, linens (tea towels, napkins) are provided. Heating + electricity (except vehicle charging) included in the price. Small and medium size pets accepted upon request.
