The space We have 3 full suites, 1 Canadian suite and 1 bedroom with 3 beds. Full maid's quarters (suite with air conditioning). The rent includes cleaning and maintenance of the pool. Does not include a maid to clean the house or a cook. Guest access Located in the gated community of Toquinho, 15 km from Porto de Galinhas. Toquinho is located in a bay where the river meets the sea. The house overlooks the river and is 100 m from the beach. Condominium with 24-hour reception and security, tennis court, volleyball court, playground, convenience store, nautical marina, floating pier for boarding and disembarking speedboats and boats. Other things to note • Electricity: The amount referring to electricity consumption during the stay is not included in the daily rate, and must be calculated and paid directly to the owner at the time of checkout. • Parties and events: It is expressly forbidden to hold parties, events or gatherings of any nature in the property. • Illustrative images: Some of the images published are purely illustrative, and changes may occur due to replacements, maintenance or renovations of furniture, appliances and utensils, without this generating any right to compensation or rebate. • Contract: The guest will receive, by email, the standard rental contract, whose signature is mandatory before check-in. If the contract is not duly signed by the date of entry into the property, the reservation will be automatically canceled, without any burden to the owner. • Occupancy limit: The guest is prohibited from exceeding the maximum number of people previously informed and authorized to occupy the property. • Housekeeper: The rental of the property is subject to the mandatory hiring of the housekeeper indicated by the owner, for the amount of R$130.00 (one hundred and thirty reais) per day, with working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
