It is a newly renovated and furnished three-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, open space living room, two bathrooms, terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, WiFi, TV and garage on request. It is located in a small and quiet building surrounded by a garden and it is located in the "centro studi" area, close to schools, highway and hospital. Nearby you will find: a shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, bus, laundromat and much more. The space The apartment is fully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. You'll find modern and clean furniture and decorations which create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. All the flat details were thought to give the guests the best experience. Guest access The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: adults and children are welcome! Guests can use the entire apartment (once there is a booking request for 4 people, it will be granted access to the 3rd bedroom) and enjoy everything they find in it, as well as a lovely communal garden that surrounds the entire building fenced and full of plants and flowers, and a terrace. Parking on the street is always present and free. Upon request, is also available a convenient garage. Other things to note In the house are: Quilts, comforter covers, pillows, blankets, towels, tea towels, bubble bath, soap, hair dryer, detergent and cleaning accessories, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle, welcome breakfast. The apartment is located near the hospital and is within easy walking distance. The location of the apartment also makes it suitable for cyclists traveling on the Alpe Adria. Finally, the highway entrances are easily accessible. SMALL RULES TO FOLLOW Hoping to be of help to you, I have left written instructions with some useful information for the best management of the apartment. I still ask you to take care of the house and its belongings, but I think my guests, knowing me, will understand that.
