The space The apartment is fully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. You'll find modern and clean furniture and decorations which create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. All the flat details were thought to give the guests the best experience. Guest access The apartment is always at the exclusive disposal of our guests. For stays of 1-2 guests, the double bedroom will be prepared (or alternatively 1-2 single rooms, according to your preferences); for 3 or more guests, you will have access to all 3 bedrooms, each one set up and ready for you. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Other things to note Upon request, an extra bed for a fifth guest and a cot for babies are available. Free public parking is always available on the street directly in front of the apartment. Upon request, a private garage inside the building is also available at €5/day, suitable for medium-sized cars. LOCATION The apartment is located in the "Centro Studi" neighbourhood, a 15-minute walk from the hospital and close to the main schools and the Rizzi university campus. Well connected to the Bluenergy Stadium, the Palacarnera arena and the motorway entrances. Also an ideal base for cyclists travelling along the Alpe Adria cycle path.
