Our lovely apartment offers a peaceful getaway in the green area of Parkview. Parkview is situated in central Johannesburg and is a stone throw away from popular tourist attractions, golf courses, cafes of Tyrone Avenue and the two universities of Johannesburg. The apartment is a modern take on Victorian style intersects urban living. Surrounded by an incredible garden housing over 100 roses, you can’t help but imagine yourself far away from the bustle of the city. Loadshedding free. The space Solar, battery backup and inverter system powers the apartment. Green and loadshedding free. The apartment consists of two independent, self-supporting units which have their own private access, on suite bathrooms and open plan living space. Each unit also has their own access to the joint kitchen/dining room area. Each unit is furnished with a double bed, smart TV, plenty of cupboard space and bathroom with large walk in shower (one of the units also has bath in addition to a shower). The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove so cooking during load shedding is possible) and the dining area has stack doors which can be fully opened to providing a stunning sitting area for relaxing or enjoying your meals. The apartment has an incredible bean-to-cup coffee machine and we provide some of the best, freshly roasted coffee beans for your drinking pleasure. You are also welcome to explore the garden and all the nooks and crannies it provides. There is a secret garden at the back that can be used for some reading or relaxation. There is also a large pool, which is open for use. Please be aware, the pool does not have any pool covers and children should not be left unattended around the pool area. Guest access A single private parking garage is available for our guests. Please let us know if you have a large SUV so we can make arrangement for the alternative parking garage to fit larger vehicles. Other things to note If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know and this can be arranged. This will be an additional expense.
