It’s the perfect spot to unwind, whether you’re escaping for a romantic weekend, travelling solo for some quiet recharge time, or slipping away for a beachy break. Everything here is designed for comfort: quality linens, thoughtful touches, a super‑comfy bed, and all the little extras that make the stay feel personal. Wander across the road for a morning swim, stroll to local cafes, or simply relax on the deck and listen to the sound of the waves. The 65sqm space occupies the entire lower floor of our house and has its own private guest entrance. The space features a large separate bedroom, a wide open living & dining space, a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious combined bathroom/laundry and two outdoor living areas. The bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed with luxury bedding, a good size wardrobe and good storage space. The Kitchenette is fully equipped to prepare a meal & includes a portable Induction cooktop, Air Fryer, Microwave, frypan & saucepan and all cooking utensils & condiments. A Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods supplied along with coffee bags, a selection of teas, milk, sparkling mineral water and treats. The living area is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, WIFI and JBL Bluetooth speaker to use during your stay. The combined bathroom/laundry features quality accessories and towels and is equipped with a washing machine & dryer and a linen cupboard that is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including beach towels & beach bag. The outdoor covered pergola area is equipped with a Gas BBQ, table and chairs, clothesline and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a day at the beach. Take a stroll in the rear semi-tropical garden and with the train line at the rear of the property you may be lucky to hear an old Steam Train go past and toot its whistle. A relaxed coastal gem where you can slow down, breathe out, and enjoy the best of Coledale. Our pet dog is a 14yr Jack Russell named "Gizmo". He is very friendly but can get excitable so small children need to be supervised around Gizmo.
