The space The apartment has been fully renovated with a coastal inspired design and styled with quality furnishings and touches. It occupies the entire lower floor of our house with its own private guest entrance thru the front sliding glass door and also via the side pergola area. It is fully equipped with a new kitchenette, an open lplan and living and dining area, a large separate main bedroom, a modern & spacious combined bathroom/laundry and two separate outdoor areas to relax in (front porch and side pergola area) The Kitchenette is fully equipped to cook yourself a meal & includes a portable Induction cooktop, AirFryer, Microwave, frypan, saucepan and cooking utensils. A Nespresso coffee machine with pods to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious open plan living area is equipped with a Smart TV including Netflix, WIFI and JBL Bluetooth speaker to use during your stay. The separate main bedroom features a Queen bed with luxury bedding and a wardrobe and storage space. The combined bathroom/laundry has quality accessories and towels and is fully equipped with a washing machine & dryer and a linen cupboard that is fully stocked with everything you need including beach towels. Your private front porch is a great space to enjoy the ocean views, listen to the sounds of the waves and wake to the sunrise. The outdoor covered entertainment area is equipped with a Gas BBQ, table and chairs, clothesline and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a day at the beach. Take a stroll in the rear semi-tropical garden and with the train line at the rear of the property you may be lucky to hear an old Steam Train go past and hoot its whistle. Swimming, sunbathing, surfing and walking are all within footsteps and you will return refreshed, relaxed and ready to rebook your next short break. Our pet dog is a 12yr Jack Russell named "Gizmo". He is very friendly but can get excitable so small children need to be supervised around Gizmo.
