Historical chalet within an Eco-Farm

MAX 2 adults + 2 young kids Come and experience a farm stay in the historical building of the property. A romantic getaway with all the amenities, or suitable for small families, where you can decide to book our Eco-tours and the interactions with animal and farm life or just enjoy reconnecting with nature and relaxing. The space This little indipendent chalet comprise of a main space that has the bed, clothes hanger, table, fireplace and kitchen area; and a bathroom with shower. There is also a little outdoor table upfront the house for your use. The kitchen offer all the basics ammenities like fridge, cooking stove, sink, kettle, toaster, cooking pots, plates, glasses, mugs and cuttlery. When hosting small family we can provide a basket crib for newborns or small babies, and a small extra mattress for kids under 10. The chalet consist of one studio room of about 25m2 + bathroom. Guest access A car is recommended to access the farm as there is about 2km of unpaved road to access the farm from the village, but it is also possible to come by bus (only one or two buses a day) from either Madrid or Toledo to San Martin de Montalban and walk for about 2 km of contryside roads to get to our farm. Please check with us in advance if you would like to arrive by public transports. You have free parking space at the property right by the little chalet. Other things to note The tap water is from our well, it is drinkable and regularly tested. Our whole family drink this water as well as the majority of our guests, but if you have a sensitive stomach for particular medical reasons or simply prefer not drinking well water, please bring your on drinking water or you can buy it from the village supermarket (2km away, closed on Sundays and bank holidays, usually open until 8pm in weekdays). The necessary nightly firewood will be provided for each night during your stay based on the season's needs. If you require more it is available at extra cost. If you plan on coming with a pet, please message us before booking to confirm based on size, type of animal etc. In the summer months of July and August we provide a pass for the municipality outdoor pool, located 3km from our farm. Opening hours and access as per the regular municipality pool opening.
