The space SERVICES & FACILITIES: The villa is offered on an entirely exclusive basis, and accommodates up to 06 people in your own private group. Rooms are air-conditioned, hot & cold water in the bathroom, safety locker & hair-dryers. Free WiFi with high speed internet access throughout the villa and garden. Satellite TV, home theater. The fully equipped kitchen consists with oven, juice maker, grinder, toaster, tea / coffee making facilities, washing machine, refrigerator, BBQ Grill and all cutlery and cookery equipment. Other things to note There is a small additional charge for the cost of electricity usage during your stay. The guests' electricity usage varies so much. Therefore, we have found that it is not possible to add it into our daily rate. The electricity charge is subject to actual usage. Electricity meter readings are taken on arrival and departure and calculate the cost accordingly. The average electricity cost per day would be ranged from 500 Rupees to 1000 Rupees (03USD- 05USD). This calculated cost to be paid separately by the guests in local currency or USD on departure.
