Wonderful rooftop terrace - centre of old town

Only 15 min walk from the beach and right next to city center and the famous Plaza de Merced you find our apartment with a big beautiful private rooftop terrace. This is our safe-heaven The space On top of a beautiful bright three bedroom apartment you find our safe heaven – a big cozy 60m3 terrace which is beautifully decorated with plants, have a relaxing area with sun-beds, an outside shower and outside kitchen fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, barbecue and a heater to keep you warm during the few chilly evenings. Here you can spend the day from morning to evening - you might end the day on the upper level of the terrace having sun until 9 pm in the high season - maybe with a cold glass of white wine:-) The terrasse is private and nobody but you can access it. The 80m2 and is fully equipped apartment on 3rd floor has recently been completely renovated with beautiful Scandinavian design. It offers a lovely living room with dining table, a kitchen with all accessories, sofa, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower. On the same floor there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe.  The apartment is only 15 min walk from the beach and right next to city centre and the famous Plaza de la Merced. The area is charming with a local market where you can provide yourself with the best quality meat, fish, cheese, vegetables and fruit. In the other direction you have the wonderful palm beach. Just in your backyard you find the Gibralfaro Hill with a beautiful walk to the top where you find Gibralfaro Castle and an amazing view over the harbour and the city and last but not least you are only five min away from Alcazaba and our favourite sky-bar Batik with a beautiful view to the castle. Malaga has so much to offer. We will be happy to provide a local guide to all our favourite places making sure you will get to experience the best of it all. As the apartment is located in the centre of the old town of Malaga you should expect a certain level of noise from the streets. Never anything that has bothered us though, but if you seek complete silence we advice you to go out of town. Please note we don't rent out to groups of young people, as we together with the other owners in the building have decided to do all we can to avoid problems with parties and noice . So this is not the right apartment for you, if you are in Malaga with friends to party:-) Also please note that in July-August minimum stay is 6 nights.
