The space Newly renovated apartment, located in a building 40 m from the beach. The privilege of living 15 minutes from the city centre and next to the sea. Living, working and enjoying is easy when you live in this building. The apartment is distributed in a large double bedroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a large bathroom. Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and new furniture/appliances. You can leave the apartment with your towel and go for a swim in the sea. Guest access - building with narrow staircase / without elevator (apartment on 1st floor) Other things to note Our office is located very close to the apartment in Barceloneta, where you can contact us if you need any help during your stay. CHECK-INS are possible from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 7pm. CHECK-INS between 7pm and 11pm or on local holidays/festivals will have an extra charge of €50 to be paid in cash on arrival. We do not accept arrivals after 11pm.
