On the ground floor, the modern, freshly decorated living room is a relaxing place to unwind after a day in the city. There is a flat-screen TV with Netflix, lots of books, and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed (fresh linen fitted). The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven and stove so you can easily cook a tasty meal right at home. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom (with ensuite) is located on the lower ground floor, down one flight of stairs, and has a double bed that has been fitted with fresh linen. There is a wardrobe with hangers; blackout curtains; and remote-controlled bedside lights. There is a bathroom and an ensuite shower room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. Both the bathroom and ensuite shower room have a toilet. The utility cupboard has a Miele washing machine and a clothes drying rack, along with an ironing board and iron. Other things to note A car isn't needed here — Bruntsfield's independent cafés, buses into the city centre and the walk through the Meadows to the Old Town make getting around easy without one.
