The space The house is adapted for 4 people, but there is a sofa bed in the living room downstairs, where there is 25 m2 including the bathroom and stairs, so for guests who like it, you can book a stay for 6 people. Our facility is located on the edge of a forest in the quiet village of Marczyce, among pastures and meadows, with an unusual view of the Podgórzyńskie Ponds and the Karkonosze mountain range. In summer and autumn, while walking in the surrounding forests, you can pick mushrooms and berries, and as soon as the snow falls, you can indulge in winter fun on the numerous hills. An undoubted advantage is the immediate proximity of the blue trail, which connects Cieplice with Grodno Hill, where there is a lookout point. This unique place will allow you to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. A two-story wooden cottage decorated in a rustic style, designed for four guests, with the possibility of accommodating six (there is a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. There are two separate bedrooms on the second floor. Thanks to the covered terrace, you can admire the beauty of nature even on rainy days. All guests are welcomed with a gift and can use the recreation area as they wish. The price of the stay includes: - accommodation (bedding, towels, toiletries); - utilities (electricity, hot and cold water, underfloor heating); - climate tax; - parking - fenced on the property; - WIFI; - the opportunity to enjoy the gifts of the surrounding forest (mushrooms, berries); - access to the terraces in the forest, the recreation shed, the barbecue, the fire pit and all the amenities on the property.
