The tower's 25-meter swimming pool and large gym are of exceptional high quality and well-maintained. Guests will also have access to a large community room and open terrace at level 36, a children's play room, a game room with billiards, table tennis and carom and a TV theatre room available for booking, You'll have hi-speed fiber optic wifi and two working spaces in the apartment each with office-style chair and multi-plug outlet, both facing dramatic skyline views. The bedroom work station includes a 27-inch monitor with 2 HDMI inputs and cables, a Xiaomi 4KTV box and bluetooth speaker. Ethernet connections also available. The 24-hour grocery on the ground floor offers free delivery and payment at the apartment door, ground floor pharmacy is open past midnight and nearby restaurants offer eat-in, take out and fast delivery. Guest access You will be greeted on arrival by the host or representative and handed an apartment key and access tags. Alternatively, late arrivals may avail a door-code entry. You will be required to scan your passport or government ID on entry to the building. Marina Towers tram station is a 2-minute walk from the tower, and Sobha Realty metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Airport transfers for Terminals 1 & 3 take an hour plus by tram/metro combo, 30 minutes by taxi. Taxi to/from Terminals 1, 2 or 3 costs about 120 dhs. (Note, Terminal 2 does not have direct metro access.) A parking space in the tower podium is available on request. Parking in and around the Marina, however, is limited. It is advisable to utilize the tram and canal ferry within the Marina. A personal driver with car or separate car rental with driver can be arranged for excursions on request. Other things to note All guests and their visitors are urged to strictly adhere to the No-Smoking policy by refraining from vaping and smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, shisha, dokha, etc.. Adherence to this rule is extremely important in order to guarantee that all guests can enjoy a completely smoke-free environment absent of any and all smoke, fumes and their residues. Guests also need to be mindful of opening windows and leaning out and especially careful of allowing objects to fall from the windows. The unit stands at an elevation of 220 meters, directly above a swimming pool and pool deck. Extra care should be taken if children are present. For guests safety, the windows open to a width of 30 cm. Late arrivals are accommodated. Early check-ins (before 4 pm) and late check-outs (after 12 pm) may be available depending on other guest arrivals and departures. Luggage storage is available on request.
