The ground floor has a large living room with adjacent study and a bedroom with built in robes and drawers. At the rear is a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. Upstairs is fully carpeted with a front bedroom and a rear sofa bedroom with an inbuilt desk. Both upstairs and down have reverse cycle (heating and cooling) air conditioning. The space Our house combines the historical character of its neighbourhood and facade with a spacious, attractive, comfortable and comprehensively equipped interior. Guest access You'll be able to access built in wardrobes, cupboards and slide out shelves in the front bedroom. The downstairs study has cupboard space and some bookcase and filing cabinet space for your use. The living room has a TV, DVD player, radio, amplifier and JBL speakers, dining table and chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, frypans, saucepans, baking dishes and kitchen knives. There is also a larger than average oven and cooktop, food processor, a microwave, full sized fridge a wide range of spices and an equally wide range of English language European and Asian cookbooks. In the bathroom, you'll have full access to the built in cupboards and shelves. Guests can also use the laundry with its washer and dryer and there are retractable drying lines and an attractive table and chairs in the courtyard. In the upstairs sofa bedroom you can use the cupboards and shelves of the built in desk and Wi Fi is available throughout the house. In the large upstairs front bedroom there is a chest of drawers and hanging space in the adjacent storeroom; there is also storage space under the stairs. There is a male and female bicycle for your use and a guest pass for on street parking. Other things to note The closest beaches of Port Phillip Bay are around eight kilometres away and accessible by car, bike or public transport. For a long day trip or weekend, try the surf beaches and seaside towns of the Great Ocean Road and for wineries and excellent local produce, the Yarra Valley.
