Our wooden house – natural living and well-being Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique living feeling. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it remains pleasantly warm and cozy. Step in, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquility of this special location. The space Natural living in a modern wooden house – peace & comfort on 55 sqm Our wooden house, completed in summer 2021, combines sustainable living with modern comfort. The natural scent of the wood, the quiet location and the thoughtful design ensure a very special living feeling. The apartment (about 55 sqm) is fully equipped and offers all the amenities of a new building – including automatic ventilation and underfloor heating. Living room (30 sqm): Here you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove and everything you need to cook. A dining table with rustic Bavarian chairs is inviting for a cozy get-together. A desk with printer and second screen is available for work, and a designer sofa for relaxing. Bathroom & bedroom (basement): The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower. The bedroom is also in the basement – thanks to the excavation overlooking the beautiful plants and the old trees, there is still a lot of daylight. Guest access You can park right outside the front door, there is also a wallbox for charging your electric car. The house is located on a small, unpaved cul-de-sac road – so the traffic is minimal, ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Other things to note There are three chickens in our garden that regularly provide us with fresh eggs. I like to share these with my guests – for a particularly natural start to the day!
