Modern house for families

Our home is great for families that look for a spacious and modern place to stay that is easy to get to and that has peaceful yet central location to it. On a nice summer day you'll enjoy the large patios where you can enjoy the sun and have nice cookouts. On a winter's day you can turn on the sauna or fireplace, or have a relaxing bath. Our kitchen is well equipped for a cooking. The space The house is a modern Finnish house with Scandinavian design to it. It has two floors to it with two bed rooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is one master bedroom with balcony to it. The two other bedrooms are for children, of which of fits a normal size person and the other only max 150cm person. The sofa in the upstairs living room fits well an adult to sleep. All our rooms have window blinders to them to have them dark for light summer nights. In addition the master bed room curtains block all the light if needed. The master bedroom has a small balcony to it also. We have two cozy living rooms. One is by the kitchen and the other one upstairs with large TV with Netflix and Disney+ on it. The house has floor heating and in addition upstairs has an air conditioner to cool down on hot summer days. There are two toilets and one bathroom with sauna and bath. There is also separate room for laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. Our home has an optical fiber internet connection, which means fast and stable. The front yard has space for three cars if needed, and one car can be put in an open shelter where, if electric car , can be charged. Currently we don't have a fast charger available. The front yard has also shelter for bikes, the bikes can be borrowed for a local strolling. There is patio on the front yard to enjoy especially the evening sun with small fireplace to cook sausages or marshmallows. The back yard has a very large wooden patio with an area with cozy sofas and another one with large table and gas grill to enjoy a summer day. This patio is also by the kitchen so you can easily handle nice a nice lunch or dinner with this combination. For the easy to use gas grill we have two different cooking elements, one pan for paella and one for barbeque. There is also separate gas heated pizza oven (Ooni 12) if Italian pizza is on the menu. We have our own yard, but the small road leading to it is shared by the two neighbours. Our home is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Lintuvaara. It's easy to move around here by walking or by bikes. You can find a small Grocery store nearby for necessities. Leppävaara with a large shopping mall and large grocery stores is just few minutes drive away. The sounds of traffic don't reach our home at all, but still it's fast to get everywhere within the capital region. Guest access It is easy to get to our home by car as it is nearby the mainroad of Ring 1 (Kehä 1). Also public transportation works decently with two bus lines running few minutes walk away. The drive-way up to our home is shared by our neighbours. There is an open shelter for one car where it can be charged (no fast charged available currently). You can fit total of three cars on the yard. We also have good bikes available to take a spin in the peaceful neighbourhood of Lintuvaara. There are two adult bikes, and one bike for about 6-10 year old and one small bike for 3-5 year old.
