Hello and welcome to our apartment in the heart of Blackpool. I own and run this listing along with my son who lives in the local area. We have loved renovating this characterful historic building and put our love and care into curating the apartments in the building. Here you have the perfect location to enjoy all that Blackpool has to offer, being 5 minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. We are pleased that you are considering booking with us and hope you have a great stay. The space The apartment is newly refurbished consisting of two bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a kitchen/dining/seating room with additional shower and W/C. Suitable for 4 adults Just 5 minutes walk from the pleasure beach, sandcastle waterpark, the illuminations as well as a number of great places to eat. The apartment is also right next to the tram which will take you the full length of the promenade where you will be able to visit Blackpool Tower, the Winter Gardens and other iconic places that Blackpool has to offer. Some extra things to not about the apartment: - Please be aware that you will need to climb stairs to access the flat. - Please see the floor plan included in the photos to be sure the apartment will suit your needs - Parking is available at the well signposted car parks within easy walking distance of the apartment. They are all 24 hour and charge between £5 and £12 per day Other things to note Please note: This apartment is on the second floor and only accessible via the stairs. Please bear this in mind if you have mobility considerations. The TVs currently only have Netflix and other streaming services capable.
