The space LOCATION This apartment is located at 951st Street, number 128. The apartment is a three-minute walk from the beach sand, about a ten-minute walk to the boardwalk of Av. Central. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment is well ventilated, with plenty of sunlight. It has three en-suites. In total there are two queen beds, two single beds and two single mattresses. The apartment has a living room with a Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with basic dining utensils. Laundry with washing machine and space to hang clothes. We provide basic bed linens and one bath towel per guest. We offer a duvet for each bed and a microfiber blanket for each single mattress, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment has air conditioning in the three suites. CONNECTIVITY Space with its own good-quality wi-fi internet. GARAGE A private parking space in an uncovered parking lot about 200 meters away from the building. The space can accommodate any vehicle. Note: The BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, there are three floors of stairs to get to the apartment. Note²: The balcony, being an open space, may be dirty in case of rain/wind. Other things to note ____________________ REGISTRATION FORM: In order to be cleared for entry into the condominium, all guests and visitors must be registered with their full name and document data prior to entering the building. ____________________ CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is from 3 p.m. You can check the availability to check in one day before the day of your arrival. For an extra fee, you can purchase an early check-in and can enter the apartment from 7 a.m. ____________________ DEPARTURE TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m., and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises. ____________________ NIGHT ARRIVAL: Entries after 6 p.m. are not preferably made in person and the two-stop method is used.
