The space Renovated townhouse in one of Odense's most sought-after neighborhoods. The house has three bedrooms, kitchen/living room with dining area, spacious sofa arrangement and office. There are three toilets and two bathrooms with showers - one with a hot tub. On the 2nd floor is a bright, cozy and spacious yoga and meditation studio. Note: The gong must not be touched (the gold cannot tolerate skin grease), but may be played with respect and care. Children only have access to the yoga studio with adults. The garden is sunny and quiet and consists of a cozy courtyard garden environment, lawn, raised beds with, among other things, fresh herbs, fire pit, hammock, swing, open terrace, and covered terrace. Note: One bedroom is located in the basement along with a bathroom and toilet. In the garden is a small annex, which is rented to Anna and Olivia. They are quiet and take care of themselves. They have access to the garden, but rarely use it when there are Airbnb guests in the house. They are helpful if you have any concerns. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. When the house is booked, we ourselves move to a summer cottage in the immediate vicinity. The home is personally decorated and we leave the house with our personal belongings There is a washer and dryer in the basement and a well-equipped yoga and meditation room on the 2nd floor. Good opportunities for quiet work at the desk in the office. Other things to note On the property is a small annex, which is rented to Anna and Olivia. They will continue to live and be in the annex while the house is rented. Privacy during guest stays is not disturbed by our quiet tenants, who only use the front door, which is shared. However, our tenant also has the right to use both the yard and garden, as well as the washing machine in the basement. However, this is agreed with Airbnb guests. It is not possible to charge an electric car in/by the house! Smoking is not allowed indoors, but outside is fine. Remember to put the shutters back.
