Wake up to the sound of birdsong and take a leisurely 2 minute stroll down to beautiful Tallow beach for a morning swim or surf in the clear, warm waters. This beachside cottage is also located just a few minutes walk from the renowned Suffolk Park bakery, pub, and shopping centre. Stay out of the traffic and when you feel the need to venture into Byron, it's only a quick 5 minute drive or Uber away. Ask any local and they will tell you beachside Suffolk Park is the best kept secret in town. The space The spacious first floor master bedroom enjoys abundant natural light, a private balcony with leafy outlook and soaring high ceilings. Polished timber floorboards feel luxurious under foot. Draw the lockout curtains closed or leave them open and allow the moonlight to stream in. Other things to note This property is our little baby. I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and organising. So you will enjoy a very clean and tidy space. Our little home is located in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. It's so close to the beach that we can hear the waves at night. I love to cook and to research about cooking, so our kitchen is fully equipped with everything a guest would need to host a small dinner party. The main bedroom is marvellous, with so much space and so full of light. We just starting Airbning, so all the beddings and towels are brand new and washed at 90° C every changeover. I really care about giving the best to my guests and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and at home. Our tv room/second bedroom downstairs is cozy and spacious as well.
