Cook in the open plan kitchen, BBQ or on the open fire. A wood burner and underfloor heating will keep you roasty on wintry days, while the garden and patio onto the views will wow you in any weather. A truly romantic and special place for you and your loved one. ABOUT THIS SPACE : This is a truly romantic country gem, right on the edge of Bath. COTTAGE: The cottage has its own entrance leading into a large modern fitted kitchen with all the mod cons, underfloor heating and a cottage style dining area for 8. The kitchen leads onto a large sitting room with private home bar. This indoor bar is a huge hit for both kiddies and adults and a great way to enjoy a sundowner. The bar is an honesty bar and at your request, we can stock up the bar in advance with cocktails and mocktails at cost price. The sitting room has a large wood burner, underfloor heating and a large TV for those that want it (although it’s on the back wall so it can be easily ignored!) Again there are views of the beautiful rolling hills with doors leading on to an outdoor patio and a small walled garden with seating for tea or drinkies. BEDROOMS Your super cosy bedroom is a Super king with en-suite bathroom (bath/ shower/ toilet/ sink) and balcony onto the view We also have different variations of this property and can rent for two doubles (Cosy Cottage)/ three doubles (Amazing Views)/ four doubles (Spectacular Views) : click on my profile image to have a look. But whatever you book, the whole cottage inside and out becomes yours for private use. There are two main bathrooms (one en-suite in bedroom one/ and one with bath/ shower in bath and sink/ toilet. There is a separate toilet downstairs. GARDEN AND OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING SPACES: There is beautiful patio overlooking the rolling hills. And the sun goes down right in front of you. The hot tub is placed snuggled up to the cottage overlooking the view so you can enjoy it at all times of day There is a cold tub for the brave and a lovely fire pit to snuggle up to or cook on (grill style or using our outdoor pizza oven). We also have an outdoor honesty bar (see pic) with outdoor fridge to enjoy drinkies as he sun sets or late evening fun. There is a separate secret garden with seating for cosy quiet times overlooking the view. CREATURE COMFORTS: WIFI: New fast and efficient WIFI has recently been installed in the cottage and the coverage is good throughout the whole property. HEATING: There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and sitting room area. A very powerful wood burner is in the sitting room. We will supply wood for your stay. CATERING & CLEANING: We can organise catering and cleaners to come in during your stay. Just let us know and we will put you in direct contact with companies that we highly recommend. WASHING: Washing machine and family dishwasher. BEDDING: All bedrooms come with the very best cosy bedding (White company, Soak & Sleep and Graham & Green). Bathrooms are thoughtfully kitted out with the sweetest smelling products. PARKING: There is parking for up to 8 cars. CHILDREN & PETS: Children and animals are welcome! The cottage is super child friendly and the whole garden is gated from the road and fully fenced. NB. Please note we have a pond in the bottom of the field .. this is fenced off but one to be aware for non swimmer wandering kiddies Guest access You have your own entrance and driveway which can fit many cars. You are completely private. we are in the house behind and can help with anything including great tips or beautiful walks and pubs/ restaurants etc you can walk directly from the cottage ...
