Built in 1950, located in the liveliest spot in Torres: in front of the kiosks on the Praia Grande boardwalk. Just cross the street and you're at the beach! (We offer bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys!). It is close to the center, Prainha and the main tourist attractions, all of which can be reached on foot, while your car stays in the garage. The unit is ground floor and overlooks the sea. It has been renovated and is equipped for the total comfort of our guests. The space Ground floor unit measuring approximately 70m2, located on Avenida Beira Mar in Praia Grande de Torres (Centro district), in front of the kiosks on the boardwalk, newly renovated, facing and overlooking the beach. It has a covered garage in a closed and secure location. It accommodates up to 4 people, and an extra mattress can be provided for a fee. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. The rooms are in the back and therefore very quiet. There is a ceiling fan (and heater) in all the rooms of the house. The living room is equipped with a 40-inch Samsung Smart TV, TV Box, and portable mini speaker. The space is integrated with the kitchen and dining room. You'll notice that the gentle breeze coming in through the room's large windows keeps the environment naturally refreshing. The nautical-style decor completes the beach atmosphere, making the environment even more cozy and welcoming. The bathroom is large and spacious. For your convenience, it already has a hairdryer (Philco 2000W) and a bathing cap. The internet speed offered is 500 megabytes and access is unlimited. The unit is fully furnished and equipped to ensure all the convenience and comfort our guests deserve. Everything has been planned with great affection so that you can make the most of your stay on the beach without worrying about a thing! With that in mind, we provide: sheets, blankets, pillows, electric repellent, towels, mats, hand soap, toilet paper, detergent and dishwashing sponge, dish towel, napkins, coffee, sugar, salt, floor cloth, "fair cart" and all basic items of a house. As you will be less than 50 meters from the beach, of course, you could not miss that complete "beach kit": chairs (adult and child), umbrella (adult and child), cart that turns into a table, cooler, beach toys for children to have fun in the sand, frescobol, soccer and volleyball, among other accessories. We also offer 2 bicycles (26-inch rim) and 1 child seat suitable for children up to 15 kg, (which can be easily removed if not used). In addition to the beach, you can take the opportunity to ride along the waterfront, since there is a bike path along the entire boardwalk that connects the city's main tourist attractions. The bike path extends from the Rio Mampituba piers, crosses the entire Praia Grande, passes through Prainha, Praia da Cal (accessed by Caminho da Santinha, which is the slope of Morro do Farol), and finally arrives at Parque da Guarita. Tip: have enough battery to take lots of pictures because the scenery is beautiful! But what if it rains? In this case, in addition to a cape, umbrella and flashlight in case of a power outage, we also have some games for all ages, such as puzzles, cards and Uno. Do you want to bring your pet? We love and also have "4-legged children," so talk to us BEFOREHAND so we can get organized. Remember that a pet is always subject to a fee and the pet MUST BE SMALL and neutered. The washer and dryer can be used at no cost, but because it is not inside the rental unit, you need authorization and instructions for use. A great advantage of staying here is that you can leave your car in the garage all the time and do everything you need on foot! The location is truly privileged! There are restaurants, bars, snack bars, hamburger joints, pizzerias, cafeterias, ice cream parlors, bakeries, markets, pharmacies, shops, banks, squares... all in the vicinity! Anyway, here we have everything you need to forget your worries and relax by the sea! Come and be amazed !!! And if you forget to bring something or if you need something, don't worry! Other things to note Our first experience as an Airbnb host was on New Year's Eve 2022. We value the quality of the service offered and the total satisfaction of our guests, but everything for us is still very new in this segment, so we are in a constant process of adaptation, renovations and improvements, both in the house and in the service.
