Two bedrooms - one with Queen and one with Double - sleeps four. Classic 60s style beach house with a walk-through bathroom - two showers, one with a small tub, and a separate toilet. Open plan fully equipped kitchen, living and dining. Spacious sunny courtyard with outdoor setting, umbrella, and BBQ. East facing front porch bathed with the afternoon sunshine. Fully enclosed large back garden with lots of birdlife. Off street parking. One resident friendly chook (with her own house and housekeeper)! Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are provided for five guests. Please bring your own beach towels. Reverse cycle AC in main living area, fans in bedrooms. Small TV, but plenty of space to pick up a book or magazine. We will need to attend to the chooks (feed/water) but at a time suitable for you. The house is located in a quiet street so no loud or late parties allowed. Maximum of 4 guests.
