2room apartment in Malmö's Brooklyn

A lot of people that I've hosted say my apartment is cosy with a personal touch. You find the apartment in Kirseberg area close to Malmö city center and the central station. Some people say the area reminds them of Brooklyn NYC. The space Shared room in apartment with PETS! (2 rabbits) Due to Corona I follow the CDC recommendations (for more information scroll down). I also provide you with sanitzer and we will keep the distance according to agreement. The accommodation in my 2room apartment includes your own private room with a single bed 140 cm, a desk and a clothing storage. Free wi-fi is included. As well you have access to fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer and cooking possibilities, and bathroom with shower and a small bath tub. Laundry facilities available. You share the apartment with me, Susanne. I’m a cultural worker, sometimes working from home. The room has a great view over the area and you can see Malmö harbour. The surroundings offer nice walking paths and parks. Bus you find just around the corner that has a direct connection to the central station (7-10 min) as well as to the city centre (10 min). Around the corner you also find rental city bikes and scooters. From the central station and city centre you can also walk to the apartment within 30-40 min. My area have two groceries and a local famous pub, as well as a restaurant. I've hosted a lot of people through Airbnb, couch-surfing as well as having roommates for longer accommodations. I’m a frequent Airbnb guest myself and couch surfer. I've made a lot of friends this way and think it's a nice way to meet new people, if it’s only just for a small chat. Respecting each others privacy is important to me. That's why I decided to join Airbnb as well and offer my room for rent from time to time. the CDC recommendations - a 72 hour gap between guests - wash bed linen in high temperature - disinfection of frequently used surfaces - ventilation of the room before cleaning - cleaning before disinfection - I use protection devices when cleaning - I provide you with sanitizer in the apartment - we’ll keep the distance in the shared spaces - sanitizing of used surfaces after use of shared spaces - I will ask all guest when booking if they come from an area with travel restrictions Guest access Bus you find just around the corner that has a direct connection to the central station (7-10 min) as well as to the city centre (10 min).
