The space The one room on the first floor is about 55 tatami mats in size and has six capsule-style single beds, a kitchenette, and a dining area. There is one smart TV. Reservations can be made for a maximum of 6 people. The toilet and shower room (two each) are located in separate, connected rooms, and on the second floor there is a working area with a PC monitor and a space that can be used for meetings and seminars. Guest access There is a free parking lot on the premises, which can accommodate about 6 cars. The 30 meters in front of the facility is a farm road, and the road is only 2.3 meters wide. If you are driving a Hiace or higher, please contact us in advance. Other things to note Friendly guests are welcome. This facility is designed for you to spend your time relaxing. We do not allow overnight stays for the purpose of parties or drinking parties. A rental vacation home is not a rental space where you can do whatever you want. If we do not receive notification of your expected arrival time by the day before, we may cancel your reservation. *Please take non-burnable trash and cardboard home with you. *Please note that if you contact us at the last minute to change your arrival time on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request. *If you do not follow the house rules, you may be asked to leave.
