Other things to note CHECK-IN For security reasons and to expedite your check-in, it is extremely important to send the full name of the guests and the number of the document that will be presented at the reception. Delay or lack of this data will result in delayed check-in. For monthly stays, we charge an extra fee for changing the linen weekly. The change will be weekly, counting from the day of Check-in. If you want the change to be made on another day of the week, please let us know by message. The Laundry Fee is R$70.00 for the linen in use. For the change of the trousseau when there are more than 2 guests, the amount of R$ 35.00 will be charged for each extra guest. SHARED COMMON AREAS: The Pool, Sauna and Gym have limited access in terms of the number of people at the same time.
