The apartment has a balcony, living room, full American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one suite, one bedroom and a social bathroom. For your convenience, we have air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room, safe with password, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Entrance door with electronic lock (card use) and internal lock. All new! The space Located in Monte Alto (5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Monte Alto), 15 minutes (by car) from downtown Arraial do Cabo and 18 minutes from downtown Cabo Frio. The condominium has a private lagoon, with a large strip of sand along its shore, with volleyball nets and soccer posts, nets in the water and various other attractions. There is also a trail that is right in front, this takes us to a part of Praia Grande with a lot of privacy, where you can get there by walking (about 15 min) or by Buggy/Bugre, Jeep, Quadricycle. I recommend in high summer, walking in sneakers or renting one of these means of transport (available for rent with some owners in the condominium*), because the walk is in the sand, children and the elderly will have difficulties due to the strong sun. *inquire at the front desk* Guest access Full access to all the Condominium's premises: Swimming pools, gym, sauna, game room... It is necessary to make a reservation in advance* Other things to note - Space for up to 6 people, with an additional fee/day for each guest over 4 people. - Visitors are not allowed in the condominium.
