The house is new, elegant, quiet, with all the comforts, very close to San Giovanni metro station (5 min walk to the metro) and is very convenient to reach the historic center. It is an ideal accommodation for business or leisure travelers. It is suitable for couples, but also for lonely adventurers. The bathroom is shared. The kitchen cannot be used. The space The apartment is large, with important and quiet ceilings. It is located in an important historic building located in the center of the eternal city. Guest access Guests can use their room and the bathroom which is shared. kitcken cannot be used During your stay I travel often for work so it may happen that I will not be at home during your trip. In such latter case, I will try to reply asap to any your request and someone will welcome you at my place. If I will be at home I will certainly be available for any need. Respecting everyone, try not to make confusion when you are in the apt and be as quiet as possible not to disturb anyone 4. If you use items (eg. hairdryer / hiron, etc.), put them back in the place where you found them 5. Do not leave personal belongings (including towels) around the home or in the bathroom 6. Be careful not to ruin furniture, carpets or walls with suitcases or anything else 7. Do not throw nothing in the WC (only toilet paper). Throw everything in the bathroom bin 8. Observe separate collection of waste in the kitchen (under the kitcken sink you may find the bag for glass) 9. The use of the kitchen is forbidden during the covid 19 emergency 10. No towels can be used other than those provided. You can be provided with additional towels at the cost of 10 euro for each towel. 11. Do not move overglaze or plants from where they are 12. It is not allowed to wash the theet in the kitchen 13. it is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE everywhere inside the house!!!!! You can not smoke either in your room or elsewhere. 14. The bathroom is shared so please use it only the needed time to allow the other people to use it as well. For instance: dry your hair in your room and than put the hairdryer back in tha bathroom. 15. Due to the Covid emergency, in order to protect the health of everyone: (a) the kitchen cannot be used; (b) the face mask should be wear within you are in the common spaces in the house, if there are other guests; (c) the hands should be cleaned before touch doors or other things which can be used by other people.
