Newly built house nestled within a quaint suburb with direct access to the city (3 mins walk to bus stop, 20 mins bus ride to CBD). Plenty of Italian & Asian cafes & restaurants, supermarket, pub and 24/7 gym right outside. I live alone and I am easygoing and love meeting new people. I work full time so my kitchen and living room is all yours any time of day. Your room is sparkling new and spotlessly clean, parking within the premise and only the best bed, linen and amenities for my guests.
