Designed for two, it can be your fun getaway for a few days, or home for a short-term work visit. The air-conditioned upper level of THE LOFT boasts a queen-mattress and dedicated workspace. The lower level comprises a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony that's ideal for alfresco dining. Privacy is maintained with roller blinds, with blackout blinds on the upper level. The open-plan living spaces have been thoughtfully appointed to meet your every need - in a tiny space. Note: upper level headroom is ~74 inches (187cm). Guest access THE LOFT has a private entrance that's a short flight of stairs down from the rooftop level. The street-level entrance lobby with the elevator and stairs serve the units, rooftop terrace, pool and micro gym, and service areas. Other things to note A 40kva back-up generator gives uninterrupted power supply. Especially in times when the country is experiencing an extended period of dry weather, it's not unusual for the island to have power outages. Two bottles of drinking water are supplied to the apartment and a water dispenser is located in an easy to access location within the building for topping up. The rooftop pool (L20 feet x W6.5 feet x D3.25 feet) and the rooftop area are shared with other guests in the building. The building has five units with a combined maximum capacity of 15 guests. Caveat: The upper level headroom is ~74 inches (187cm) and is accessed by an internal flight of stairs. The upper living level is fully airconditioned. The lower level with the kitchen and toilet is not airconditioned. The toilet with shower provides just enough space to get your jobs done!
