The space Guests can use entire loft type apartment where are all the home facilities. Common use areas are laundry room and gym which they locate on a ground floor of a building and also there is a terrace for a common use on a 5th floor. Guest access Guests will be able to access the 1st floor elevator when needed but as my apartment locates on a higher 2nd floor then myself I prefer stairs unless with bigger heavier luggage. Also there is an access to common roof terrace on a 5th floor, gym, laundry room and bicycle park down on a ground floor. Other things to note Unfortunately there is no free parking near by as this area goes under city center. Parking will be only free of charge from Sat 3 pm till Mon 7 AM, everyday after 7 PM and also on bank holidays.
