We are pleased to offer you this real bubble perched on the 4th and top floor, in Avignon (stairs without elevator, for a little exercise). With views over the rooftops, without neighbors, you will be a stone's throw from the main monuments and amenities... while enjoying the interior of a studio that will allow you to savor the rhythm of this joyful little town in the south of France. The space Located on the 4th floor above the ground floor (no elevator, so you can get those calves working), this studio is equipped to suit your stay: a breakfast bar that can seat 4, a queen-size bed with a shelf for books and screens, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people (available as a paid option; see house rules), and a well-appointed shower room. It's convenient for a small family, with the parents in the queen-size bed and the children in the unfolded extra bed! The whole place is very bright, thanks to the two south-facing windows overlooking the rooftops opposite, and the two skylights; everything can be darkened to create a cozy atmosphere even in broad daylight. On the table, you can also work on your computer (sitting or standing!), with electrical outlets and Wi-Fi available. Guest access Cars cannot access the foot of the building but (at best) the nearby Place Carnot. You are 12 minutes from Avignon Centre train station (on foot), 5 minutes from the covered parking lot of Les Halles or that of the Palais des Papes (paid) and 10 minutes from the parking lot of Allées de l'Oulle (free with the smartphone app, from September to June). The inner city of Avignon is designed for soft mobility: by bike (the building contains a small bicycle room), by scooter or on foot, everything is easy and close!
