Very welcoming house, classified furnished tourist accommodation ***, with a capacity of 11 beds on 120 m2 duplex, with private parking for 2 vehicles and enclosed garden, located in Villard Laté, a small authentic and extremely quiet village. Built in the 1600s, the house, fully restored and decorated with old family objects, offers the charm and warmth of mountain residences of yesteryear. Guest access With private parking in front of the house, you will not need your car during your stay. 600 m from the center of the resort, a free shuttle located 200 m from the house will drop you off at the start of the ski slopes. In winter, the car park will be cleared of snow upon your arrival. The house is very accessible, the village road being always very well plowed by the services of the municipality. Special equipment, chains or snow tires, are nevertheless essential in winter if the village road is snow-covered. Free communal parking with around fifty spaces is also available 200 m from the house. Other things to note Daily housekeeping is not provided. Hotel-style services are offered as an option by our partner. Optional services: 1- End-of-stay cleaning: €90 2- Linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels) with or without bed preparation: €15 per single bed and €25 per double bed, plus €10 per bed if beds are prepared. 3- Table d'hôte: meal preparation A rental agreement, mandatory for seasonal rentals, will be formally drawn up, specifying the house rules. During peak periods, particularly during the ski season, stays of a minimum of 7 days begin on Saturday at 4 p.m. and end the following Saturday at 10 a.m. (except when Christmas and New Year's Day fall on a Saturday, in which case stays run from Sunday to Sunday). A la carte stays are available outside of these periods. ANCV traveler's checks accepted.
