Nido Alpino: relaxation, sports and nature

Nido Alpino offers its guests the opportunity to spend their holidays throughout the year, guaranteeing the comforts of a main home. The holiday home is located in the center of an alpine context that offers every opportunity for leisure and relaxation typical of the mountain. The space The Nido Alpino vacation home of 85 square meters can accommodate up to 6 people (with possible addition of a camping bed, baby control radiolol and high chair on request but without additional costs) and is developed on two floors: the ground floor consists of a living kitchen, TV corner, wood-burning fireplace, bathroom with shower, changing table and bathtub for children's bathroom, tavern, laundry corner and relaxation area equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, table and chairs in the large private garden; the upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (memory foam mattresses and double-wave lattice pillows ideal for the cervical area) the other with two bunk beds (both with communicating balcony) a small bathroom and a large outdoor terrace with smoking area. It should also be noted that in the surrounding area there are some convenient services such as a bar, a restaurant, a sports facility (open in the summer months) with a tennis court at €15.00 per hour (July 2023 price) that can only be used with tennis shoes, mini golf for children, a small beach volleyball court, ping pong tables and foosball. There are also two children's playgrounds and electric car charging stations in the area. Finally, within about 3 kilometers there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, newspapers, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias and sports equipment rental. *** THIS HOUSE ADHERES TO THE LOVE SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT *** Guest access Large private garden for exclusive use with the possibility of using deck chairs, umbrellas, table and chairs for outdoor dining and dining on warmer days Other things to note * The house is heated by: ----> radiators whose temperatures comply with current Italian legislation (Valle d'Aosta - zone F - 20°C with a tolerance of +/- 2°C for the winter season from October to April inclusive). Two time slots are scheduled (autumn, winter and spring): comfort between 21°C and 22°C (6.30 - 9.30 and 17.00 - 23.00) and reduced between 19°C and 20°C (in the remaining hours). In summer, in low temperature conditions, the thermostats are set to ensure a minimum of 22°C. ----> wood-burning fireplace for free use in all seasons. * Connectivity: In the mountains, telephone coverage may vary depending on the operator. In some areas of the house (kitchen/living room and basement) the signal may be weak due to the thick stone walls; in the rooms on the first floor it is generally regular. Wi-Fi is available for basic use (messages, emails, browsing), which may be slower in bad weather.
