Extremely cozy farmhouse with large pool for up to 6 people, in the small hamlet of Ghammar near Ghasri, near Gharb. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside, all the way to the sea. Right next door is the farmhouse "Tas Soru", which is separated by a wall - privacy is absolutely guaranteed, but both houses are together, ideal for several families or a larger group. The space You enter this characterful farmhouse through a small overgrown courtyard. Spacious - somewhat separated - kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen is adjoined by the dining area. In the living area you will find appropriate seating furniture, TV, free Wi-Fi and an open fireplace. The rustic wooden beam ceiling conveys a special flair. From this area you can reach the very nice terrace with barbecue facilities and the large pool, where you will find seating for relaxing, as well as for dining and sun loungers. Size of the pool about 6.8 x 4.2 m Each of the three air-conditioned bedrooms has its own bathroom or shower including toilet. The master bedroom with double bed is on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds each are upstairs. The furnishings are dignified and cozy - mostly furnished with antique pine furniture. Washing machine is available. Other things to note Extras: Final cleaning €65.00. Air conditioning in the bedrooms via coin system. Maltese environmental tax for all tourists over 18 years of age, €0.50 per person per night – up to a maximum of €5/person. This tax is paid to the landlord on site. Transfer from/to the airport can be arranged at a low price. Also rental cars, bicycles and e-bikes.
