The property benefits from a lovely private garden to the rear. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen you'll have the option to cook up a lovely meal, using induction hobs, integrated oven and microwave. I also provide tea & coffee making facilities. Enter the stylish contemporary living space and relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the Samsung Smart TV. The insulated window fills the room with natural daylight and provides a view across the quiet street and garden. Catch up on social media or work from home using the desk and 20Mb internet. The double bedroom is accessed by a unique wooden ladder and features a comfortable bed, reading lamp and black-out curtains, creating a quiet retreat for a perfect night’s sleep. Gross internal floor area = 17.7 SQ M The WiFi which is absolutely fine for surfing online, giving online lessons, video calls, all at once. Guests may encounter problems when they start streaming high data usage material such as HD movies and gaming. Guest access You will have exclusive access to my apartment during your stay. Free parking is available on the street outside. Other things to note Just to highlight a wee house rule at my place - no other friends are allowed in the apartment during your stay. This is an agreement I have made with my next-door neighbour, hope this is ok:) Guests must climb stairs: There is a step ladder to access the bedroom level. I want to kindly mention that this accommodation is generally better suited to younger guests. I often receive negative feedback from guests aged over 40 years old. While I strive to make everyone feel welcome, I’ve found that younger travellers tend to be more comfortable with the setup based on the many reviews that I receive from guests. Washing machine detergent is not provided but you can buy some in the local shop:)
