We welcome you to our spacious and modern home, centrally located in Montebello! With quick freeway access (60, 101 & 5 freeway), you can easily drive to all of what Los Angeles has to offer, such as: Monterey Park Marketplace (Costco, Chick-fil-A, In n Out) - 1.4 miles The Shops of Montebello - 1.5 miles Downtown LA - 12 miles USC/LA Memorial Coliseum - 14 miles Disneyland - 21 miles Universal Studios – 21 miles SoFi Stadium - 25 miles **We may have additional dates if needed. Please msg** The space Our home is equipped with all amenities needed to enjoy a vacation and is great for large groups, up to 8 guests, given the cozy seating and sleeping arrangements. With 2 living areas, a breakfast bar, a dining room, and three bedrooms, there is plenty of space to lounge and relax on your trip. **Added BONUS, the garage is converted to a spacious game room with a Ping Pong Table and Foosball Table! The backyard is an ideal space to enjoy the LA nights. We provide a propane grill, however, please provide your own propane. There are many stores within 5 miles that have tanks available. Both televisions are smart TVs, you can use them with your username and passwords, to watch your favorite programs. We have equipped our home with 3 exterior cameras (active and recording). One is a Ring camera located by the front door. Two are cameras with floodlights located by the garage door. NO cameras are installed inside of the home. Please note that our home is a NON-SMOKING and Drug-free home. That includes any smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc..) inside our home or the garage/game room. You will be charged a $350 fee for our cleaner to remove any indoor odors caused by marijuana or smoking. We want you to enjoy yourself, but NO PARTIES - NO EXCEPTIONS, as we are located on a residential street. Guest access Guest will be able to have contact-less entry to the home. Guests are NOT able to utilize the garage for parking. The driveway is able to accommodate 3 cars and the street has plenty of additional available. Other things to note Please be aware of street cleaning days for both sides of the street. To accommodate the increased cleaning and usage, each guest after the 6th guest will be charged $25 per person, per night. We also do allow pets (ex: small, well-trained dogs) with a $115 pet fee, and ask that pets are not left unattended. All pets must be pre-approved, so please message us before booking. Bookings with an unregistered pet will be charged a $350 penalty. Guest and pet fees will automatically be calculated and reflected in the total you see. The landscaper comes every other Friday, so he may be in the front or backyard tending to the lawn/foliage. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel from any unforeseen circumstances.
