The apartment has been stylishly refurbished with a nod to its historic past. No expense has been spared in the fit out of this spacious apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Enjoy complimentary wine and cheese on arrival. A secure car park is included with this stunning apartment. The space The large open plan living area, caters up to five people. The spacious lounge area has two comfortable leather lounges. The large dining table is the perfect space to sit and have a meal or a drink with your travelling companions. The kitchen comprises quality appliances as well as utensils and cooking equipment, should you wish to cook during your stay. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and T2 Tea provided. There is an expansive outdoor space with views of the city. This is the perfect space for enjoying the morning sun with your coffee or dining outside on a warm evening. We have three bedrooms available - a King in the master bedroom with an ensuite, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and a King Single in the third bedroom. Guest access Parking is available in the secure garaged car park off Collins Street. Access from the car park to the apartment is via a secure lift. The street entrance is on Collins Street and stairs or the lift can be used to reach the apartment. Other things to note Linear Guest Apartment is located in a residential apartment complex. Guests need to ensure they are considerate of residents. We do not permit parties or gatherings of any kind and guests are not to make excessive noise whilst using the outside deck.
