There are cameras in the common areas of the house (NONE ARE HIDDEN) The space ** WE OFFER PILLOWS, BED LINEN AND TOWELS FOR UP TO 10 PEOPLE.*** Our house is a family environment and very quiet, 400 meters from one of the beaches of Lagoa de Araruama (a beach close to Cabo Frio Airport), which is very shallow and salty. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, barbecue, gardens and plenty of outdoor space available for you and your group. We have a room on the first floor next to a bathroom and kitchen, for the elderly and people with limited mobility. BEDROOMS: - Klint Room with a double bed and two single beds (2nd floor) - Van Gogh Room with a double bed and two single beds (2nd floor) - Kafta Room with two single beds. (ground floor) - All with pillows, bed linen and towels for up to 10 people - 3 portable fans (they are not ceiling fans and do not have air conditioning) KITCHEN: - Duplex refrigerator - 1 cooktop 5 burners (there is no oven in the house) - Soft Everest chilled water filter - Double sandwich maker-grill - One Nespresso, one Dolce Gusto and one conventional coffee machine (coffee capsules not included) - Heinecken chopper (keg not included) - Cutlery/Glasses/Plates and pans for up to 10 people ROOMS: - 3 tables with 6 chairs each (ground floor) - 1 table with 4 chairs (2nd floor) - Pool table - 43 inch TV with TV BOX - Beige sofa for 6 people - Brown sofa for 3 people STEAK HOUSE: - Gourmet barbecue with grills and skewers - Freezer - Cooktop two burners - Rustic table for 10 people POOL DECK: - Swimming pool of 20 thousand liters - 3 sunbeds - Table with 4 chairs GARAGE: Internal and covered garage for 1 car, but the house is on a dead end street with 6 car spaces on this street, which are covered by our security cameras. - Large garden with fruit trees and flowers. Guest access The house has a parking space inside and space for 6 cars to park in front of the property, which occupies 3 lots. The residential is served by UBER and has a regular bus line right in front of the entrance. Despite being located in Arraial do Cabo, the house is on the road that leads to Cabo Frio Airport, for guests arriving on chartered flights.
