The living room is spacious and features a traditional fireplace, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler days. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing guests to easily prepare homemade meals. It includes a stove, oven, extractor, Delta Q coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils for cooking and serving, ensuring comfort and convenience during the stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining and a barbecue, ideal for socializing and admiring the surrounding natural beauty. Parking is available next to the house on the sloped road, though we understand some drivers may feel uncomfortable using it. For added convenience, there is a public parking space on the main road, just 20 meters from the property entrance, which can be used as an alternative. The house is the perfect retreat for relaxing, exploring Gerês, and enjoying a peaceful experience in close contact with nature. Other things to note Location - Our house is located in a rural area. The access area, although it is short-distance, is quite steep and the surface is parallel, which can make parking difficult for less experienced drivers. However, on the main road there is a space where public parking spaces can be accessed. - **Guest Registration:** All guests staying with us must complete the mandatory accommodation form. Only those listed on this form are allowed to stay at the property. - **Use of Sofa Bed:** If you wish to use the sofa bed, please let us know during the booking process so that we can provide the necessary bed linen. Otherwise, we'll assume you're a couple, and the sheets for a bed will be prepared. - **Accommodation Bulletin:** It is mandatory to complete the "Accommodation Bulletin" before check-in.
