If you have not sent me the information requested by the administration, you will need to do the check-in at the concierge. That's why it's faster when I request it and you send it to me days before, so that the check-in is faster. Then you will meet the person who will receive you, accompany you to the apartment, explain basic things about the apartment, and give you the keys.
