Very convenient both for those arriving from the airport (it's 120 meters far from the Guglie Ali Laguna vaporetto stop (local ferry) and from Santa Lucia train station (8 min walking). The house respects the highest standards of energy efficiency and is organized to eliminate water and plastic waste. The space ● The house has two large bedrooms with comfortable double beds located on two different floors, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom to ensure privacy and space when travelling with family and friends. ● The front room on the ground floor can be used as third bedroom with tv with a nice single bed ● The plan is completed by a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with single bed and smart TV. ● This house takes its name from the courtyard space, which you can find access to via the ground floor, and is a true rarity for apartments in Venice. This provides the ideal spot to relax and daydream, taking in the beauty of this iconic city. Air Conditioning is present in the two main bedrooms of the apartment and in the living area. Guests will have the possibility to customize temperature, which can differ from room to room. Heating is present in each room with energy efficient electric radiators. Our Wi-Fi provides a very speed and stable connection at all times. Guest access The house is completely independent and has its own private access from one of the typical alleys of Venice (Calle) in Cannaregio neighborhood. Other things to note 1) ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE ● In Venice a "tourist tax" should be paid in addition to Airbnb and hotel prices. Usually you are asked to pay this tax separately upon arrival. ● For your convenience and to simplify your travel, please note that we have decided to absorb the Venice tourist tax in our prices. ● This tax is 4€ per night for each adult older than 16 years (only in January 2.8€), for a maximum of 5 nights. So assuming 4 people, the final cost for you would be 16€ more per night (for a maximum of 5 nights).
