Bed linens and towels are provided and professionally sanitized. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine ☕, utensils, pots and pans, and everything you need to cook independently. The apartment also has high-speed Wi-Fi 📶 and air conditioning ❄️ for an even more comfortable stay. 🌞 The two large windows make the space very bright and offer a pleasant view of Via Masone, one of the quietest and most characteristic streets in the city. Other things to note If you arrive by CAR 🚗 The apartment is located at Via Masone 12, in the heart of the historic center of Modena, within the ZTL. To access by car, please provide the license plate on the day of arrival: I will provide you with the ZTL pass, which allows you to enter the area to look for free parking during your stay. If you can't find a spot inside the ZTL, you can park comfortably just outside, a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The most convenient parking in the area is in Viale Martiri della Libertà, just a 2-minute walk away. For a covered parking lot, Garage Ferrari is open 24 hours a day and is a 7-minute walk away. ⸻ 🚂 If you arrive by TRAIN From the station, you can reach the apartment in 15 minutes on foot through the center, or by taxi available outside the station or on call.
